Since moving to the Cyberqube system we have seen a significant improvement in performance, with a number of key tasks now being produced in a fraction of the time it took before.

Navigation and ease of use have been improved and productivity has risen accordingly.

We have been trialling the software with thin client systems for remote use and have seen good results.

Support via the Internet is now proving to be a boon allowing remote viewing whilst either the user or systems manager observes.

We chose Cyberqube as we felt it offered the best solution for our business needs in terms of:

• Ease of use for end-users
• Improved nominal & cost information with the ability to drill down to source data from enquiry screens
• Product focused solely on the Construction Industry
• Ease of data extraction to Microsoft Excel

The implementation process involved transferring all relevant data tables from our old system into Microsoft Excel which Cyberqube then converted.

We worked closely with the Cyberqube team in planning what information we required to be transferred. We converted over the Easter Holiday in April 2002 and were running "Live" within a few days.

All our payment runs were met the following week & our month-end management accounts were produced to our usual deadlines.

Since implementing Cyberqube our month-end management accounts process has become more efficient. Routines such as;  Automatic inter-company transactions, Standard Journals and Journal Imports from Microsoft Excel have taken a lot of pain out of our month-ends!

We have always found the Cyberqube Team very helpful and quick to respond. This has been further enhanced by Remote Internet support.

Cyberqube converted all required data from our old system into Cyberqube, and thus, largely, we had no need to use the old system straight after going live.

We have found that the ease of use of the Cyberqube interface has meant that many more of our users can now access the data directly themselves. Also existing users find it easier to access more of the system than before; not just their specialist ledger.

Our technical team is able to develop SQL reports to our own requirements that we can incorporate into Cyberqube. We have found Cyberqube very willing to discuss enhancements to the package and very quick to incorporate changes.
