We understand that Construction Companies' needs are very different from an ordinary accounts company. CyberQube has been designed to satisfy the needs of  Contract Management and Accountancy. 

Our software packages collectively known as CyberQube cater for the specific needs of Builders, Building Services, Civil Engineering and House Builders.

 

Contract Management using CyberQube may set a different coding structure so that they may receive information in a varying format and in various ways (on line, on a report, in excel or via e-mail) that allows them to get answers to questions quickly and easily. Specifically they may wish to see the effect of contract contingencies to reflect their all-important “gut feel” on the margins, rather than the more precise and rigid postings of the Accountant.

Accountants using CyberQube may set up their information system to allow financial data to be displayed in the form of a traditional Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.  The facilities within CyberQube will allow them to deal with the reporting and analysis expected of an accounts department. Information can be viewed on line, in a report, in excel and via e-mail quickly and easily and on demand. 

 

The ability to extract, sequence and total this information in many forms will provide people at the front end of the business with answers to WIP, Cost of Sales or Cost of Completion queries.  This concept may be extended to allow different Companies within the same Group to utilise different coding structures, whilst the consolidated accounts may be in yet another format.

The Contract Manager and the Accountant need the same information analysed into differing time frames. CyberQube allows the Contract Manager to look at the cost information delivery dates and valuation periods, whereas the Accountant wants to see the same information with tax point date and financial period.

In spite of these differences, the information used is from a common base, thereby ensuring the integrity of the system whilst catering for everybodys specific requirements. Information from any application can be viewed immediately and at any time.

 

CyberQube works with Citrix and Terminal Services, allowing users to work from the office, from multiple sites and if required from the home.
